“I am getting a voice that describes what is happening on the show and I do not know how to shut this off. It occurs on all channels and happens when the characters are not speaking. Can you please walk me through shutting this feature off?”

Hello Marlynn. Okay so you have on a caption feature. Turn on the TV and press the home button on your remote. This should bring you to the home screen. Then press the left arrow button just to make sure you get a menu that starts with home. Then scroll down to settings, which is the last selection. Press ok on the remote. Then go to the Accessibility, press ok. You're looking for audio guide, which is after the regular captions. Choose audio guide and turn the feature off by pressing ok. This should help with that annoying audio. Hope this helps.
