Great point and surely a valid concern. Try to remove the app but keep in mind it could be added again unless controls are put in place. Also consider looking into adult content settings on your router or maybe these settings on another router with such controls; however some apps may not expose content ratings, so parental controls on a router may not be able to filter specific content within the app.
