• Nah, you're fine - wifi is only needed for internet streaming. It can display from any of its HDMI ports or the coax cable handoff without a network connection.

• No the wifi id used for the roku functions of the tv like streaming netflix-your dish network box has nothing to do with internet streaming on this tv

• Hello, If the WiFI goes out you will not have Internet Access or be able to stream from the internet. However, You will be able to watch Tv from the Satellite Dish.
