Must be just you, I am VERY satisfied with picture! am quite spoiled as all I have ever owned is Sony and Panasonic which are known for their great pictures, I was asfraid this would not be comprable but to my surprise it is. May I suggest going into settings and make some changes. Also is your internet service fast enough?
