You might try a complete reset of the TV. You can find it in the "Settings" menu. If that doesn't fix it try contacting Sharp or if purchased from BestBuy, the GEEK Squad. If nothing helps and you are still in the return time window, take it back for an exchange. It's a really good TV/Roku system so don't give up on it.
