I'm having the exact same problem right now.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same problem several months. Contacted Best Buy and they told me to go buy another TV. I told them it was less than 3 years old. Now it is just over 3 years old. Piece of junk. Who buys a TV with the expectation of replacing it every 2-3 years. I am very disappointed in the service level. Won't be buying another TV from these guys anytime soon.
