“Have a question did your TV on the backide say it was recycled I bought mine last night and it says recycle BestBuy , I thought I was buying a brand new one, online never said if it was refurbished, I'll call in a bit.”

It is new. This just means that Best Buy wants you to bring it to them to recycle it whenever it is time to get rid of it. Kind of like an environmental-incentive.

The TV is brand new and made from recycled plastics.
