“Why doesn't the clock display stay on all the time? I want to be able to see the time without pushing the clock button, not when just using it. Is there a setting that can be changed for constant time display?”

Unplug the oven from the wall socket & wait 1 minute; then plug the oven back into the wall socket. That solved the same problem that I was experiencing.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.By reading the User Manual, I set the clock on my microwave according to the directions, and it stays on in a green digital display at all times. When I set the cooking time, the display counts down the minutes until it reaches the end. Once the door is opened and the food removed, I close the door and the clock resumes.
