The hardest part is knowing what terminology the manufacturer used in naming the part. I searched for "turntable ring" and came up with several options. Then I looked in the user guide and it refers to it as a "Guide Roller." From a search for guide roller, I found this: https://encompass.com/item/10292370/Sharp/9KC3512523520/. You'll want to research a bit more to make sure it's what you need. My Carousel has a 10.25" guide roller. I have the Sharp Carousel 2.2 Cu. Ft. model. Hope this helps! :)
