• Its a policy used by all major retailers gift cards can only be used on goods sold by that store and not exchanged for gift cards to another retailer. Thats actually a crime.

• Im not sure why. I was able to buy a few shell gc also cracker Barrel gc for a total of $200 worth for my trip to Florida. I used my Best Buy cc. Went through no problem

• That's Best Buy's policy. You can't buy pre-paid cards from Tracfone with Best Buy gift cards either.
