These are not noise cancelling earbuds. But here is a suggestion, go to a nearby BestBuy and try them on. Then start mimicking your breathing and see if that can help you come to the answer you are looking for.

No, not if you are listening to something a movie a podcast a song you wouldn’t be able to hear yourself breathe.
