Hi there- Shokz here! We recommend wiping down your headphones with a soft, dry cloth after wear or after a workout. This will ensure you receive the best and longest use out of them. If you’ve gone on a particularly grueling run that day and feel like you need a little more heavy-duty cleaning, feel free to wipe your Shokz down with a damp cloth. Just make sure to dry them again after you’re done, and no model should be plugged into the charger when wet. *Please avoid using disposable alcohol pads on your Shokz headphones, as those chemicals can impact the waterproofing of your headphones.* Reach out to our Customer Happiness Team if you have any other questions.
