You can customize press-and-hold settings to either switch to the next track or previous track, raise lower volume, or enable your phones voice assistant.

I adjust from the device, method to do this from the headset isn't explained in the Quick Start Guide. There is an online guide that explains "advanced features"; I've not viewed it.
