Q: Question1: How do they charge up and do they come with a charger. 2: What is the difference in the ones labeled mini I am unable to use any Ear buds due to my ears being small what pair is suggested
Asked by drloyal7.
- A:Answer Hi there- Shokz here! The OpenRun Pro 2 charges with a USB-C cable that is included with the headphones. The USB-C charging block is not usually included. The difference between the Mini size and the Standard size is 0.83". Having at least a 1-inch gap between your head and the headband is normal. Some customers find that the OpenRun Mini provides a more snug fit and less stress on the back of the ears. A sizing guide can be found on our Shokz website. Please reach out to our Customer Happiness Team if you have any other questions. Thank you!

Q: QuestionAre this buds good for gaming?
Asked by Moshe.
This question was asked about the related product: Shokz - OpenRun Pro 2 Wireless Bone Conduction Open-Ear Bluetooth Sports Headphones - Steel Blue
- A:Answer Hi there- Shokz here! While the OpenRun Pro 2 will technically pair with gaming systems (i.e., PlayStation, Xbox, etc.) we don’t recommend it because the lag is significant and would impact gameplay, overall. They may also require a Bluetooth adapter depending on the gaming system. Please reach out to our Customer Happiness Team if you have any other questions. Thank you!

Q: QuestionWhile using these at the gym, can I leave my phone in a locker and move around the gym freely without interruption of connection?
Asked by midge.
This question was asked about the related product: Shokz - OpenRun Pro 2 Wireless Bone Conduction Open-Ear Bluetooth Sports Headphones - Steel Blue
- A:Answer Unlikely. You’re limited by the limitations in Bluetooth range, not the phone or the Shokz. Bluetooth does not have long-range power (by design) so unless your locker is with 30 feet or so, no, they won’t work, or if they do, they’ll work sporadically.
