Yes, You can slide when you're off down to your neck and still hear on the other ear.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Both sides. But I’ve noticed there’s enough tension to unhook a side and let it sit under your ear for a conversation if needed. There’s always the pause button in center of left ear piece.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Has to be both unless you wear or hold them awkwardly. They don’t block your ears so you can listen with both sides and still hear your surroundings.
