• I adjust the volume in either, the headset or the phone. The headset has buttons designed properly for this function

• You can adjust the volume using the buttons on the right side of the band or you can use the volume buttons on your phone. Personally, I typically use the buttons on the headphones. I hope that helps!

• There is a volume rocker on the headphones, on the right side. The same buttons when long held are used to turn them on and off, and enter pairing mode
