• Yes, You can slide when you're off down to your neck and still hear on the other ear.

• Both sides. But I’ve noticed there’s enough tension to unhook a side and let it sit under your ear for a conversation if needed. There’s always the pause button in center of left ear piece.

• It is both ears. I came from Bose sound sports and would only wear one earbud. These work just as well if not better

• Has to be both unless you wear or hold them awkwardly. They don’t block your ears so you can listen with both sides and still hear your surroundings.

• You have to use both sides but i see no reason why ypu cant hear everything going on around you with them why you would just need one side on
