- Answer No. Whichever model you choose has a set band size. However, there is the regular Open Ear and the Open Ear Mini. If you're petite, the Open Ear Mini might be a good option. However, the standard size fits most people just fine.

- Answer Hi Wayne- Shokz here! We're sorry to hear this has been your experience. To Reset Shokz: 1) Start with your headphones powered off and cleared from your device's Bluetooth settings 2) Enter pairing mode by pressing and holding the (volume+) button for 5-7 seconds. Your headset will turn on (continue holding the button) and then the LED light will flash red and blue. Audrey will say "pairing" which indicates pairing mode. 3) Press and hold the multifunction button (button on the earbud), (volume+) button, and (volume-) button (all three buttons) simultaneously for 3-5 seconds. *You'll hear beeps and/or feel vibrations.* 4) Turn your headphones off. Your headphones are now reset and can be connected to your device. To Pair Your Shokz: 1) Start with your headphones powered off. 2) Enter pairing mode by pressing and holding volume+ for 5-7 seconds. Your headset will turn on (continue holding the button) and then the LED light will flash red and blue. Audrey will say "pairing" indicating pairing mode. 3) Open your device's Bluetooth settings and select your headphones. Audrey will say "Connected." It also features a 10-minute Quick Charge for up to 1.5 hours of battery life. *Friendly Reminder- Shokz take 1.5-2 hours to fully charge. Instead of speakers, Shokz headphones have transducers that send vibrations through your cheekbones to your cochleas, so your eardrums are free to take in your surroundings. - Answer Noise-canceling cancels most of the noise around you. Active noise canceling earbuds use phase inversion to delay one of the two different sound wavelengths that come your way. This delay lasts about half a second, and it's responsible for muting background noises and improving the audio sounds in your ears. - Answer I use this for work and the audio quality for phone and video calls has been good. Also does a decent job of blocking out background noise with the Mic, even though it doesn't seem to advertise a noise cancelling Mic.
