This is a brand new iPhone.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Don't be so certain. Check the warranty status in the Settings. My phone was purchased on 12/27/19. The warranty date in the phone shows the warranty expires 7/24/2020. Apple claims the phone was previously purchased on 7/25/2019 and therefore will only warrant the phone until 7/24/2020. The ad says a one year warranty. I've talked to the Apple Store, Best Buy store, Best Buy Customer Service, Apple Technical support and Simple Mobile. Best Buy claims the phone is new but passed the buck to Apple Tech Support. Simple Mobile says they only sell new phones to Best Buy. Apple insists the phone was purchased in 7/2019 and won't do a thing. The phone's model number starts with an M which indicated a retail product. "F": refurbished unit, "N": replacement unit, "P": personalized (engraved) unit.
