• 1lb, 1 1/2lb, and 2lb. Those are the sizes. The 1 pound of course is the smallest. I make it all the time.

• Yes! You can make 1 lb, 1.5 lbs, or 2 lbs (500 kg, 750 kg, 1000kg) loaves and choose how dark or light you want the crust.
