The SMM107 Wireless Microphone only works when plugged into a Microphone Jack. If your Party 300 JBL includes a Microphone Jack 6.3MM size, then the wireless microphone should work. If your Party 300 JBL does not have a microphone jack, it will not work... We hope this information is helpful to you.
