A:AnswerYes I have a Samsung TV too when the Bluetooth is hooked up to the headphones the TV volume is negated only the headphone volume works. So you can set the volume on the TV to five hook up the headphones to it and turn them to 70 and that's the value will have on the headset deactivating it the volume on the TV will be five
A:AnswerUnfortunately not Hope, but what I do highly recommended is compare them to a like headphones, case in point I didn't, recently purchased a 2nd Crusher and when I heard them I realized my first pair sounded tinny and hollow. Yes they are warrantied for two years but you have to mail them in and then they decide on what to do while you go with out. Add to the fact that no one answers the phone when you call in and getting a email response takes weeks. Because of this I would look for a different manufacturer. They are nice headphones but it's not worth the stress when they go bad.
A:AnswerWe do not sell just the battery separately; however, all Skullcandy products have a 2-year warranty. Please visit warranty.skullcandy.com to submit a claim for a replacement pair of headphones.
A:AnswerI wonder if your battery is weak. I can use mine sometimes a whole day without charging. I would put a full charge on it and try again. If continues to do it contact skull candy if you are within their warranty period. Good luck.
A:AnswerThis one's easy anytime you buy from Best buy all you have to do is look at the specifications. To find out anything about the product you're buying
A:AnswerNo first of all the TV has to be Bluetooth compatible which to my knowledge there's only like two LG and Samsung unless you buy a Bluetooth transmitter
A:AnswerGood afternoon.
The best way to figure out connection issues is to watch the short, walk through video Skullcandy has put together for issues like this.

A:AnswerIf your looking for good experience with bass enhancement then your definitely going to want the crushers and if your looking for less bass quality but noise cancelation with the ability to track with the built in tile so you can find them easier if misplaced within bluetooth range then you're going to want to go with the venue's in my personal opinion if I had the money I would go with the crushers that have the built in noise cancelation those have the best of both venues and crushers. Otherwise I would go with the crushers hands down they will have the sound quality I would believe you're looking for.
