“I got the crushed wireless headphones in Christmas and after just a couple of uses 1 speaker is loader then the other I tried to balance the speakers (using Windows 10 features) and that didn't work i don't know what caused this but I need a fix/another 1”

• I've had this problem with headphones before. What caused it was the magnet came unglued from the speaker unit in the ear cups. Unfortunately they need to be taken apart to reconnect it.
