• You can if your Xbox one controller has the 3.5 mm jack but not through a wirelss connection. However, this will only let you hear the game and chat but won't let you chat back.

• You can talk to others with the mic, you just need to go and buy the controller adapter sold by Microsoft. As for the whole Bluetooth not working with the controller, that’s because of the firmware Microsoft put into them.
