• The ear cuffs are neither big or small. I have a big head and the ear cuffs fit perfectly, my friend has a much smaller head and he also claims a snug fit.

• Yes I have a pretty small head (20 inches circumference) and they fit fine. they are also adjustable. im not sure about the size of the cuffs
