• I have found that the easiest thing to do is turn off the Bluetooth connection on your device first, and you'll hear "disconnected" then, you're good to go...

• I had the same problem too. Unpair them from the phone and pair them back again whenever it does that. Thats what we get for buying cheap earbuds I guess.
