“I can’t get them to come into pairing mode and only one red light comes on for the left one in the charging case do u know what the problem might be when I lift them from the charging case the light flashes red ever few seconds”

Check your earbuds you have to pull the white thing off of them first
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I turn the earbuds on, then place them in my ears. After that, I turn the bluetooth on. You should hear pairing, then connected. After that just play the music. I never power down the earbuds and just take them out of my ears and into the charging case. This stops the music. Next time you want to use the earbuds, there's no need to power on... just place in your ears, pairing and music.
