• Yes. Good for the gym. I use them over an hour each time and haven't had to recharge yet. Maybe 15 times now

• I would worry that the plastic stays would break from the workout stress. Mine break just putting them on my head.

• Absolutely. They are a tight but comfortable fit. The battery life on this is nuts. I still haven ran down the original charge.
