They should connect to each other. If not, I'd recommend taking them back.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi, I don't have these but my other pair of buds connected individually. This is so you can use one at a time or both. To connect them both, can you select one then the other? Or when both turn on, I would think they would both connect automatically. I hope this helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same problem with mine, there’s a tutorial on setting them up online but pretty much all you have to do is forget the device, then tap each side 4 times, then put them back In The charger and reconnect. Video explains it a lot better
