• They should automatically sync. They did with my iphone X.

• At first you should just maintain both fingers pressed to both earbuds on the skull (this is where the touch sensors are located) until you hear, “Pairing” and “Your device is connected”. If you already did that, check out the website and it has some steps for you to follow so that you can re-sync the buds to each other. After they’re fixed, they’ll be on automatically when you take them out of the box, but just to be sure hold or set them down so they sync to each other.
