i know there is an easy way to fix it and reset. refer to the manual that came with it or download it from website.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It might not have turned on. I found that out when I was using them the second time around. When you are turning them on make sure to press the right side (01) first, if that didn't work I would press the left one (02) on.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you go on the skull candy site there is a reset procedure you can do. I think it is touch for 6 seconds. Wipes out the pairing in the headset. Do it to both then repair to you phone. Had to do it to mine to get it to work right.
