How do you pair the right with the left on Skullcandy Indy wireless earbuds null

The 4X tap method did not work for me at all. Using the other method of resetting the earbuds work though. 
- Remove indy fuel from your bluetooth device list and turn off bluetooth from your phone.
-Manually turn off the buds by holding them for 6 seconds while in your ear so you are sure that they have indeed turned off.
-While both are off, hold both of them for ten seconds preferably while wearing them so you can hear them turn on, attempts to pair and then shutdown again. 
- Replace ear buds in the case to and close lid, then remove and place to your ear.
- The buds will automatically turn on and you should hear "Pairing".
- Turn on your blue tooth

They only pair one at a time, I’ve been having this problem on and off for a year, DO NOT BUY INDY FUELS. You’ll get them both paired and then a few days later they un-pair and won’t work. DONT BUY.

You DONT buy a different product these are junk and will give you nothing but problems, SkullCandy site has instruction videos that do not apply or are not correct. Support is non existent, troubleshooting is a single video that does not work as in the video.

PAIRING ISSUES?
ISSUE: The biggest challenge with true wireless earbuds is ensuring your buds are properly connected to each other and your device. There are times when you may unintentionally disconnect the buds and change their paired state, this can create pairing challenges and impact your ability to use either bud solo (Solo Mode). Do not worry, as there is an easy fix! SOLUTION:
To ensure ease of re-pairing, please unpair or forget your INDY™ EVO in your paired Bluetooth device list
Remove the INDY™ EVO from the charging case and Manually Power OFF:
Touch and hold BOTH buds for 6 seconds
Once both buds have been powered OFF, reset them:
Touch and hold each bud for 10 seconds to completely reset them (this will power cycle them on and off again).
Sync the buds together:
Place the buds back in the case until both LED’s show red, and then pull them back out.
Both buds will automatically power ON and the LED’s will simultaneously flash BLUE while they sync to each other.
You will hear a tone to indicate the sync was successful and ONLY the LEFT bud will begin to flash RED/BLUE.
At this time, turn on your device’s Bluetooth and look for Indy™ Evo in your list of "Available Bluetooth" devices. Please make sure it only appears once, and select it. For Android devices: Click “+ Pair New Device” and select Indy™ Evo to pair your earbuds to your device.
IMPORTANT – Select all “Pair” and “Ok” prompts that will pop up on your screen.
Once successfully paired, a voice prompt will notify you are now “Connected” and you will see INDY™ EVO twice in your “paired devices” list.

If someone comes across this and has the same issue I did - when you follow the directions from Indy website (put earbuds in case, take one out at a time, tap 4x, put back in case, remove both and they should sync) - you have to tap 4x very fast! I was tapping 4x in a slower way and nothing happened, but when I tapped 4 times very fast they turned off.

Maybe I'm the only one who had that issue... But in case not I'm sharing.

I reset according to directions by turning it off twice. Deleting it from my device and then it paired correctly with both ears. It did take a few times.

The response from RARU worked.. it was a lengthy process but it did work. As for the other responses this shouldn't be a frustrating process to figure out... There should be a way to do a firmware update via an app or hardwire option.

Same response as provided by Skullcandy above. However, the buttons don't always seem to be responsive. The light MUST turn red on each ear bud after tapping four times. If light does not turn red, then keep retapping until it turns red. Try tapping faster or slower. Once light turns red, repeat on the other earbud. I almost gave up myself, but the earbuds paired in the end. Good luck.

These work for a few months but stop working or have so many problems that the end up not being worth it. I would recommend them if you don’t have an IPHONE but if you do just get AirPods. 0/10 stars would not recommend

jen from 11 months ago her solution works leave them in case after resetting them both leave them in the case until one flashes blue and red then take them both out they both should have Blue blinking lights turn on Bluetooth pair device only one device should show now select pair. dont rush the process the buds touch sensors are very sensitive let them do there thing until only one bud is blinking blue and red while still in the case then try pairing.

Actually, this one worked for me:

SOLUTION:
Place your Indy™ Wireless earbuds in the charging case.
Remove Indy™ Wireless from your device’s paired list.
Turn off Bluetooth mode on your device (mobile or computer)
Power on only your right Indy™ Wireless earbud by removing it from the case. It will be in a non-connected state at this point.
While in ear, tap and hold the center of the earbud for about 10+ seconds. After about 6 seconds, it will try to pair, keep holding center. This will automatically power off the earbud and reset it. Place the right earbud back in the case.
Now repeat those same steps only with the left earbud. (steps 4 and 5)
Next, remove both earbuds from the case to have them automatically power on and begin pairing to one another.
You’ll hear one beep indicating the buds have paired together, and then a voice prompt that will notify you that Indy™ Wireless is now “Pairing”, meaning it’s searching for your device.
At this point, turn your device’s Bluetooth mode back on and re-pair to Indy™ Wireless.

To repair your earbuds to each other place them both back into the case and close the lid. Remove Indy from your Bluetooth paired list and then turn off Bluetooth mode on your device. Turn Bluetooth mode back on on your device, select Indy from the Bluetooth pair list. Remove the right earbud and tap the center of the earbud 4x. This will automatically power off the earbud and reset it.  You will know this was successful when the light on the earbud turns red. Put the right earbud back in the case. Remove the left earbud from the case and tap the cent of the earbud 4x. Replace the left earbud back into the case. Remove both earbuds, the buds should be repaired to each other.
