Bring them back and get a new pair. There return policy is great

Please try again later.Before you decide that the earbuds are defective: -Try another pair of earbuds that you know carry audio in both the left and right sides. -If there is no sound in one channel of the trial earbuds, there is something wrong with the audio feed coming from the source (phone, ipad, computer, etc.); or they may not be plugged in completely; or there may be some dust in the female connection (blow on it or use a Qtip to clean it). -If the trial pair of earbuds are working fine in both channels, then the new ones are defective.
