Are they water/sweat proof? null

Question

AmerikaWastid · Accepted Answer

Yes. I wear them while running.

CommunityAnswer · Answer

These headphones are not waterproof.

AccordSixSpeed · Answer

Yes...though, I do not think they advertise that this particular model is (like a sport edition). I've personally DRENCHED mine in sweat running in 80% humidity...still work just fine.

Jettie007 · Answer

Yes

Surfinggal · Answer

Sweat proof yes not sure if waterproof. I have used all day while cutting grass and they still work

Runningfool · Answer

As a serious sweater I can say they work through the sweat. Do not have many runs with them so don't know long term answer

LG2007 · Answer

This particular model is not Sweat/waterproof. Although they may handle sweat and/or light rain on some, they are not advertised as so. So if they were to stop working due to sweat or rain then they will not be covered under warranty. However, the next up from these are the sport models. New look and cost $10+- more. The sport models are advertised as sweat/waterproof.

Answer

So far, yes. Although I recommend a foam tip verses a silicone tip. They start to slip out with too much sweat. I would buy these again if they ever stopped working.
