“Both red and blue light on? My headphones are displaying the light as purple and it stays on. I cant shut the headphones off nor connect to bluetooth. I'm hoping its just a glitch that will go away when they die out of battery... but has anyone dealt wit”

The first time it happened, I let the battery die out. The second time I just plugged it into the charger and it corrected it. I'm not sure if that will work for you but it did for me.
