you can go here https://www.beatsbydre.com/headphones to update drivers or atleast plug them in to see if it is connection issue, other than than make sure you plug them into a source beside a wall outlet, there not made to take the amp, that's why they don't come with the wall chargers. but if it is a problem contact apple.they are really excellent in helping you troubleshoot and if within warranty replace them out. 2 day turn around. i had the solo 2. they send box next day, i return same day next day i got new ones.

May be something wrong with the charger or the plug in. It takes about a hour to fully charge mine. Best of luck to you
