In stand by they have lasted 10-12 hours and with constant use 6-8 hours. The higher the volume is set with the earbuds the shorter the battery life.

I haven't put a clock to them but the battery life is quite acceptable in my opinion. I've tried several other brands of in ears and these are very comparable.

says about 7 hours at 70% volume and id say its about right. usually at work i listen to it low so it lasts about 12 hours at about 30%

I use the headphones when i walk in the morning and work out before work while I listen to a book, for a total of about 2-2/12 hours daily. I charge it about every 3rd day so if I had to guess, I would say 6-8 hours.
