I used them for a couple of days so far and the fit is good with the wings when you twist them for a good fit and they do not fall off.
However, if it is more comfortable to you to use them without the wings, the wings are removable.

The Fit Fin on the Jib+ Active wireless earbuds can be removed and you can use the earbud without the Fin.
