Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I just put them both back in the case, wait a minute and reconnect. Sometimes when I’ve only been using one bud ( I hv to connect them to charger to reset). You may have to “forget the device” and reconnect. Those things work for me. Hope it helps.
