“I have these for work. Once you pair these to your phone, should they connect to the phone automatically when you power them on? I have an iPhone 6 and have to go into the bluetooth setting each time to connect.”

I use an android (Samsumg Revvel) I did have the same issue, however after a few times pairing it (i mean about 4x) once I power off....then ready to use again, power on and it automatically connects. The only issue is have with the headset is when I try to make or answer a call, that part does not work for some reason. Other than that, Its perfect for any type of audio. It has the sound/acoustics that I like. I hope this helps
