“I have not been able to figure out how to answer a phone call using these headphones. I can make calls and choose the option... but, when I answer a call the earbuds won't connect”

You have to select bluetooth on your phone and make sure the make and acept calls funtion is on in settings.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You've got to make sure the headphones are still connected to the phone but if they are then all you need to do is push the center of the button that's on the cord before the left bud. its the same button to pause music.
