I had a similar problem syncing the headset to my MacBook Pro. it does indeed take a few attempts to have the headset show up in the bluetooth connection menu on one's computer. I can only say what worked for me: turn off ANY and ALL possible electronics the headset can connect to ___ enable the bluetooth option on your computer ___ turn on the method wireless buds and make sure its in sync mode ___ it should appear rather soon on the bluetooth optional connections menu on your computer +++++ as I mentioned, it took me a few tries to accomplish this, but after I did, I haven't had any issues connecting it after that first collection of mishaps and mistrials.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've had the same problem. Bought a new set and same problem there too.. only works with first device paired.. I would suggest returning and buying something else
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. In order to get them to connect to other devices, you have to hold the button after you turn it on to put it in pairing mode.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Just make sure whatever they are paired to already is disabled or off then pair to new device. They can only handle one connection at a time.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yeah, buy the AirPods. You won't regret them
