“I received these as a gift for Christmas and they all of a sudden stopped working. I took them home and charged them and they still will not turn on. I am not sure about the warranty or the limit bit saw in another's answer that Skull Candy insures them??”

go directly to their site, they have an amazing return policy if you're in the warranty time period (see your box or their site per headphone warranty length)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I love Skullcandy and have used there warrenty. Up to 2 years. Just go to the web site and scroll down to the warrenty info. Fill out a super short questionnaire and wait for a reply. I received my instructions in an hour and packed up my buds and shipped them back. I received a brand new psir within a month, no cost beyond my shipping to them. I always buy Skullcandy now.
