I had this same issue!!! I had to return the headset twice for this happening. 3rd time was a charm. The headset has worked every since but very frustrating, especially for the price it cost to get them. Thankfully best buy exchanged them.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've bought 3 pair for the family and I've had no problems. For the price they have been great. Now if you over charge them I see where they might get hot. Also like anything you might have just gotten one bad one. Bestbuy is awesome on exchanges.
