Won't charge or turn on. Is there a way to reset/unlock? null

If you're holding the skull button it should power on within 2-3 seconds. I'd go back to the store with your receipt

Maybe check with Apple. Should be under warranty.

Hello! Unpair your headset from your device, and then hold both the + and - volume buttons on the headset together for three seconds. Try the power button again and repair the device to your headset.

Take it back quick and get another!
