Yes, just follow the instructions in the user manual, I believe it’s one right click to answer and end the phone call. Usually the industry standard functionality.

You can answer phone calls with the earpods via blue tooth, but the sound quality for the person on the other end of the call is not great -- garbled, distorted. I had to repeat myself several times until I just changed to a plug in set of earbuds.
