I had this problem & I couldn't get them to pair no matter how many videos & walkthroughs I tried. I ended up fixing them by just putting them back in the box and resetting everything thing. They went back to normal themselves. I hope this works for you. It certainly did for me.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.On my phone I would discard device and then reinstall it. turn back on your Bluetooth and search for the headphones.If that doesn’t work take them back to Best Buy if you got the extended warranty.

Make sure whatever you are trying to pair them to is not in bluetooth mode first, then they should pair together by the instructions. After that, they should always automatically pair together as long as you let them pair first, then to your device.
