Unpair them and then make sure you're pressing both right and left for 3-5 seconds so they pair together before pairing to your phone again.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had this happen to me once. I turned off each earbud separately, waited a while, then turned them on, pressing the ''on'' on the Right pod first, then the Left. Somehow, the problem corrected itself, and I've never had that happen again. But I always turn them on since starting with the Right one first.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You have to turn on the left ear bud and then turn on the right and they will sync up the lights on the bottoms should start blinking red and blue

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. That is the correct experience, they only have a mic and call audio from the left earbud.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Skullcandy says to put the buds back into the case after turning them both off so they can re sync and stuff. Then turn them back on and try again. Otherwise send them back. Cuz the right earbud wont look for the phone it will pair to the left earbud. The left one is the only one looking for the bluetooth phone signal I noticed.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.May have to reset earbuds or check you device to make sure it is programmed to transmit stero not mono.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I found that you have to turn on both when using. Also, make sure the buds are paired to each other per the unit's directions.
