A:AnswerOnce you turn on your headphones they will automatically look for a Bluetooth connection. You would want to make sure your TV's Bluetooth connectivity is on. The Riff wireless will show up on connectable devices, select them in this menu and they will connect to your TV.
A:AnswerHere is a link to our web store where you can find more colorways. https://www.skullcandy.com/shop/headphones/bluetooth-headphones/riff-wireless
A:AnswerGood afternoon,
Thank you for reaching out to Skullcandy. The Riff Wireless On-Ear Headphones will not work for gaming unless the system your are using has bluetooth capabilities. Computer Gaming should be okay but Console gaming will not work.
Thanks again for reaching out!

A:AnswerHey Gav,
Thanks for reaching out concerning the Riff Wireless headphones. Riff has a sturdy, comfortable fit. the soft-touch finish on the plastic, and plush ear cushions make this a wonderful option. When listening to loud music through the Riff, People around can not hear your music unless standing right next to you.
Thanks again for considering Skullcandy and reaching out!

SKDY
A:AnswerThese could possibly connect to your Samsung TV but the TV has to have Bluetooth which is usually a 4K TV. My two TVs downstairs do not have 4K and do not have Bluetooth. But my upstairs 55 inch 4K does have Bluetooth and they do work with that
A:AnswerMy purchase was for Christmas gifts. I can't say that the band breaking has been a problem. But if the band breaking becomes a problem I will use the insurance I purchased to replace them.
A:AnswerHello Jean,
Thanks for reaching out and choosing Skullcandy. When Connecting a new device to your TV, even if it is the same model as before, you will still need to go into the settings on your tv. I would reccomend reaching out to best buy for assistance with the settings on your tv. When it comes to bluetooth pairing issues on the headphone itself, we have some great "how-to" instructional videos on the help tab of Skullcandy.com.
Thanks again for reaching out!

A:AnswerHello Ping,
Charging a Riff Wireless headphone on a 220V power system, depending on how the headphone will be connected to the power source should be no problem. If the headphone is connected to the battery properly, the battery will charge at the voltage it allows.
Thanks again for reaching out and choosing Skullcandy!

A:AnswerNo, they do not work with gaming consoles. These headphones are specifically for listening to music/audio wirelessly via bluetooth.
Look up Steelseries, Razer, Corsair or Logitech, Astros or Turtle beach for gaming headsets.
