- Answer Can’t tell you how long it last because mine is still working perfectly. Not a very fair question because the lifespan of your products mostly depends on you. With certain exceptions like faulty product, DOA, etc.... for the most part, if you take care of your stuff, it should last long

- Answer The Sesh Evo does not have Active Noise Cancelling firmware. They do however a have Noise Isolation fit.

QuestionAm I the only one who finds these extremely uncomfortable? I have tried all three sets of tips and I just can't find a position where they aren't painful. I think it's the hard plastic part, not the tip, that's bugging me. Should I switch to Indy?

- Answer I've definitely found that when I wear them for an extended period of time, my ears start to hurt. I think you're right about the plastic part (where it rests on the inner ear) being the problem, so I only wear them when I absolutely have to.

- Answer This is completely personal preference on fit and sleeping with them though we do hear from customers that these ear buds work great for laying on a pillow.

- Answer It is never recommended to use regular electronic devices in extreme temperatures, unless they have been specifically created to do so. This is a regular electronic device, so not worth taking the chance…

QuestionI bought these in Dec 2020 and haven't used them much because they are never charged when I go to use them. In the case they will stop charging, unless I prod them or replace them every so often. There is no debris on the pins. Anyone else? Please help!

- Answer I have the same issue. I put them in the case to charge walk away, and when I come back later, the lights are off on them. I pick them up and replace them and they are still red and start charging again.

- Answer I’m not sure about the milliamps however I do use mine every single day I listen to audiobooks from 5 AM to about 10 before I have to change earbuds only listen to one at a time All day until I get off work at one and I have to charge them every two days I hope that helps you some

- Answer I wouldn't say they are finicky, it is possible that you could turn them off or on accidentally but if you hold them right that shouldn't be a problem. The only control I noticed on them is an on/off switch on each.

QuestionMy charging case is blinking white on all LEDs, does anybody know why this might be happening and how to fix it, I tried charging it, holding the front button, charging the earbuds but it wont stop and it wont charge the earbuds

- Answer I had it plugged in the auxiliary USB in my car all four lights were blinking so I unplugged it from the car and I unplugged it from the charger box when I plugged it all back in it was normal with three lights on and the fourth light blinking obviously meeting that that's being charged

- Answer The earbud is dead. This is a common issue apparently with skullcandy. Mine just died yesterday, same issue: placed in charger with blinking red light but wont charge. Either get a refund if you can or go through the skullcandy warranty to get a replacement set, but be aware that the same issue can happen again.
